Nature is a beautiful subject matter to photograph, but those stunning images in which you see, do not always come easy. It takes patience, persistence, and a passion to do whatever it takes to wait for the opportune moment in which nature then presents a beautiful scene. Then with a little bit of luck as well, an incredible image can be created. Come join and listen in as nature photographer Mike Mezeul II shares the stories behind some of his favorite and most challenging images. He talks about the conditions in which he encountered, the pre-vision of the images, and the execution of the image, including the technical aspects. He also shares imagery from some of his wildest outings, including tornadoes, volcanoes and northern lights.
