Panasonic's new Lumix DMC-CM1 is a smartphone that rivals dedicated point-and-shoot cameras, allowing you to capture high-quality photos and navigate Android's intuitive Android 4.4 operating system. The Lumix DMC-CM1 can capture 4K video with its Venus Engine image processor and 2GB of RAM, all at around the size of an iPhone 6, and uses the same 20.1MP, 1" CMOS sensor found in Sony’s RX100-series point-and-shoots and Nikon 1-series cameras. We hope you enjoy the video, and invite you to view the wide selection of other instructional and informative videos at BandH.com.

Redrock Micro is once again making a splash with their products for the indie filmmaker. This year, it's with an update to the One Man Crew, the One Man Crew Director. For those who aren't familiar, the OMC is a motorized tracking system that moves back and forth along a fixed arc, and is ideal for adding dynamic elements to sit-down interviews, like the clip below. Enhancements included a new track and motor for reduced noise levels and an Android app (iOS in the works) for remote operation of the slider and, where supported, camera itself. See what it can do in the video below! Please check back for pricing and availability.
