Redrock Micro is once again making a splash with their products for the indie filmmaker. This year, it's with an update to the One Man Crew, the One Man Crew Director. For those who aren't familiar, the OMC is a motorized tracking system that moves back and forth along a fixed arc, and is ideal for adding dynamic elements to sit-down interviews, like the clip below. Enhancements included a new track and motor for reduced noise levels and an Android app (iOS in the works) for remote operation of the slider and, where supported, camera itself. See what it can do in the video below! Please check back for pricing and availability.

In this video, Rob Rives shows the the OD-11 from Teenage Engineering, a Wi-Fi-enabled wireless speaker that supports streaming from most computers and portable devices, and that is specifically intended for cloud-based music listening. The OD-11speaker features a two-way omnidirectional design that allows the sound to be dispersed evenly throughout your acoustic space. It features one long-throw woofer, one high-efficiency tweeter, and also has a flow-optimized bass-reflex duct for improved low-frequency response. We hope you enjoy the video, and invite you to view the wide selection of other instructional and informative videos at BandH.com.
