I love the pF series of lenses and have been using the pF 500 for several years and am extremely pleased with the results. Obviously this lens is for the Z mount so I wouldn't have to use the converter. But this is an f 6.3 lens while the 500 is a 5.6. Does the extra 100 mm make up for the one stop loss? Is the 600 sharper than the 500. ( I use a Z9) If this were a 5.6 lens I would immediately buy it but not sure if it would give me much more than my 500. Advise?

The focal length of the lens does not help or change the low light ability of a lens.  In general a lens with a wider f/stop like f/5.6 vs f/6.3 will be better in low light.  As for a lens made for Z mount, it is optimized for the Nikon mirrorless camera. So, can be better in many ways for a Z mount camera like the Z9.

I just received my NIKKOR Z 600mm f/6.3 VR S lens from B&H.  Is there a replacement lens foot available for it yet?

The RRS foot for the Z 70-200mm and Z 100-400mm works.  I'm sure other makers feet will as well.

While I do not see the original replacement collar from Nikon for the Nikon NIKKOR Z 600mm f/6.3 VR S Lens (Nikon Z) listed on our website, if you are also looking for third-party replacement tripod feet options, I would recommend the Wimberley AP-501 Lens FootB&H # WIAP501 • MFR # AP-501, the Kirk LP-70 Lens Foot for Nikon Z 70-200mm f/2.8 VR S, Z 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 VR S, and Z 400mm f/4.5 VR S LensB&H # KILP70 • MFR # LP-70, the Really Right Stuff Foot for NIKKOR Z 70-200mm f/2.8 VR S LensB&H # RELCF21, and the Leofoto NF-05 Collar Foot for Select Nikon LensesB&H # LENF05, as compatible replacement tripod feet for your usage needs.

I already own the Nikkor Z 400 f4 and the 1.4 teleconverter. The performance and handling would really have to knock my socks off to make me consider spending $4800 on this lens.
