Following up on Jeff Cable’s “The 15 Features of the DSLR That Every Photographer Should Know,” and “The 15 Features of Photoshop That Every Photographer Should Know,” this presentation covers 15 of the most common mistakes that people make when taking photos. Cable discusses composition, proper use of flash, good focus technique, and much more. As always, with Cable, we know that his stories will be as much fun as his photos. Learn the techniques that pro sports photographers use to get better photos. About Jeff Cable Jeff Cable started his professional photography career in the San Francisco Bay Area, photographing Bar and Bat Mitzvahs. Since then he has earned respect around the globe, capturing images at the 2008 Summer Olympic Games, in Beijing, serving as the official photographer for Team USA Hockey at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, in Vancouver, and serving as the official photographer for Team USA Water Polo at the 2012 Summer Olympics, in London. Cable is best known for his artistic passion, his easy-going attitude, and his ability to capture the emotion of any moment. He embraced digital cameras before they were widely accepted by the industry, and has continued to leverage the latest in technology to provide the best images with the best equipment. Cable has taught photography classes around the world, and fills his classes with useful information and lots of fun, too.
