Starting with an empty Lightroom catalog, Grey’s first recommendation is to take a step back before you click the Import button, and to familiarize yourself with all the details of the program so you truly understand how it works. Some of his other valuable lessons include tips for reviewing photos quickly, insights on making the most of keywords, techniques for unearthing specific photos using metadata and filters, and much, much more.
