4K 12G-SDI Switcher
The ATEM 4 M/E Constellation 4K is the latest addition to the Blackmagic ATEM Constellation switcher line. With support for up to UHD 2160p60 video and a massive 40 12G-SDI inputs and 24 independent 12G-SDI outputs, the ATEM 4 M/E Constellation 4K is ready to handle almost any multi-camera setup for concerts, festivals, and other large live events. This compact, rack-mountable switcher features a front control panel and LCD screen, enabling users to set up and adjust settings at the event site easily. Based on the ATEM 4 M/E Constellation HD, this 4K version’s powerful features include 16 upstream chroma keyers, 4 downstream keyers, 4 UHD media players, 2 SuperSource processors, a talkback intercom function, and more. A USB-C port enables it to function as a webcam for livestreaming.
URSA Mini Pro 12K OLPF
The burgeoning popularity of virtual production produces amazing imagery but it can also bring an increase in video artifacts due to the high frequencies found in LED matrices. Blackmagic’s new URSA Mini Pro 12K OLPF helps to eliminate moire and aliasing by using a built-in OLPF filter (optical low-pass filter) that is matched precisely to the S35 camera sensor. Updated IR filtering enables the OLPF to provide improved far red color response which, when combined with Blackmagic RAW processing, preserves color and critical image detail, for faithful image reproduction. Like its predecessor, the PL-mount URSA Mini Pro 12K OLPF uses 12K oversampling to produce nuanced images in 4K and 8K with rates up to 60 fps in 12K, 120 fps in 8K and up to 240 fps in 4K Super16.
DaVinci Resolve 18.5
Blackmagic’s popular DaVinci Resolve software is now available in version 18.5. This major update’s additions include new AI tools, 150+ feature upgrades such as Resolve FX Relight, speech-to-text editing, automatic subtitling, AI audio classification, Universal Scene Description file support, and new Cut page menus that speed your workflow. DaVinci Resolve 18.5 also offers easier remote monitoring setup, timeline-level color management, fine-tuned ripple editing tools, advanced audio editing, and support for TikTok and OTIO OpenTimelineIO importing. Support for Universal Scene Description-based workflows in Fusion provides easier collaboration between VFX artists.
Decklink IP HD
The new DeckLink IP Card Series offers a secure way to capture and play back up to 1080p, 10-bit uncompressed, broadcast quality video directly into a 2110 IP system. These cards share features with existing DeckLink units, ensuring software compatibility. Three DeckLink version are available: the 3-channel DeckLink IP HD with a single RJ45 Ethernet connection for 2110 IP broadcast systems, the 3-channel DeckLink IP HD Optical for 2110 IP systems using an SFP-based optical fiber Ethernet connection, and the 2-channel DeckLink IP/SDI HD for connecting to both 3G-SDI and 2110 IP systems.

2110 IP Converter 3x3G
Convert the video feed from up to three 3G-SDI devices for 2110 IP broadcasting using the new 2110 IP Converter 3x3G. This rack-mountable converter can be controlled using the front panel buttons and LCD screen or remotely managed via the 10G Ethernet port. In addition to 3 x 3G-SDI outputs and 3 x 3G-SDI inputs, the converter provides loop outs for each output for local monitoring. It supports simultaneous input/output at different standards and offer resyncing and a reference output.

URSA Mini Pro 12K Gains Netflix Approval
Good news! The Blackmagic URSA Mini Pro 12K camera has been added to Netflix’s list of approved cameras, qualifying your productions for consideration by one of the largest providers of original content.
Pocket Cinema Camera Vertical Video Support
Landscape may be the preferred orientation for pro cine productions, but there are a lot of outlets that are portrait based so why not create content for them, as well? If you’re a Pocket Cinema Camera user, download the Blackmagic Camera 8.1 update to add vertical aspect ratio support to your BMPCC. The 8.1 update provides automatic screen rotation of the HUD (head up display) and automatically tags files as vertical for correct display when editing.
