Blackmagic Design Announces the ATEM Mini Pro ISO Video Switcher and Streaming Bridge

0Share

Blackmagic Design has released a new version of its popular ATEM Mini Pro HDMI livestreaming switcher—the ATEM Mini Pro ISO. Blackmagic has also released a companion to the entire ATEM Mini Pro line in the ATEM Streaming Bridge, which allows you to receive the H.264 stream from the Mini Pro and convert it back to HDMI and SDI video. The compact ATEM Mini Pro ISO and ATEM Streaming Bridge fit seamlessly into your Blackmagic ATEM production and IP streaming studio setup.

The ATEM Mini Pro ISO features the same, compact design with the same robust switching, streaming, controls, keyers, and transitions as the original ATEM Mini Pro. The ISO model adds new features such as recording up to five individual H.264 streams, including your main program feed and the automatic creation of a DaVinci Resolve project so you can quickly edit your live production, relink your Blackmagic RAW files, and make changes to the audio, shot selection, and color correction.

The ATEM Streaming Bridge converts your H.264 streams from either of the ATEM Mini Pro switchers and converts it back to HDMI or SDI to expand your broadcast transmission options. It features a Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 port to receive the low-bandwidth, high-quality H.264 video, two 3G-SDI outputs, and one HDMI output. The bridge provides two channels of embedded audio pass-through through each of the SDI and HDMI outputs for a complete stream. A 3G-SDI reference input provides black burst and tri-sync signals to assist in your studio operation. It also features a USB Type-C input so you can easily configure and update the bridge.
