Its 5x optical zoom lens covers a 35mm equivalency of 26-130mm, a range suitable for most general applications. Electronic VR stabilizes camera shake in low light or while shooting at a longer focal length. For those who prefer to capture images in the moment, the L28 makes it easy to just shoot and go. Scene Auto Selector will assign one of 20 pre-programmed Scene Modes (ie; Beach, Night, Portrait, etc.) best suited for the visualized image, while Easy Auto Mode will automatically control all camera settings for you.
